worked the weekend to get today off and took a drive to Aldershot and found these in a skip....
look,stance and handling so much better and to top it off a guy with a chevelle (dixie automotive) popped in for a tyre and ended up buying my old wheels

You just have to lower and rake it.

maybe not that low.... around an inch ....@Chevy stu ..you said ditch the rear air shocks but do you think i should get stiffer shocks all round as i will try cutting the front springs first

Cutting coils increases spring stiffness, if you can it´s best to get springs tailored to lower the car a determined amount.
