Cheers guys

Pleased with the way the car looks, like the old school muscle car stance.

Next on the list for this year are some headers, a lower rear end (diff wise), some smoked side repeaters and an upgrade to the standard Monsoon audio, fronts are starting to get a bit tired it seems. Going to get some american technique subframe connectors too, to stiffen it up further.

Any advice on headers chaps?

Cheers mate, it all stemmed from when I saw the same original wheel in a Caprice Classic (nowt against such car but didnt seem sporty).

Toyed with the idea of removing the passenger airbag, to put some extra gauges in, has anyone ever done this? Perhaps I've got a severe case of "what to do next"

Yo ferdi. Looking good. Some nice touches there. I was going down the red Z28 emblem route till I saw yours. It would feel like I was poaching now
Like the wheels although if I`m honest chrome, silver or black inserts would be my choice but if you like grey then cool. Thats just my $hitty opinion  .
Lowered stiffened set up must be ace. Mine has been dropped and handles really well for what it is. Yours must be tight as hell being new. I have red camaro inlays coming in the post. I`ll be changing them now

Whats next? Red front Calipers? :?:

Looking real nice :D

Been toying with idea of black vents for a while and might take the plunge now.

Its amazing how much suspension can improve, wouldn't go back to stock now. The subframe connectors make a difference too, a can jack up the rear of the car and the front will come up too now, and not just bend about the t-tops hahah :). Nearly got my torque arm made up too to get in, cant wait!!

You'll be happy gearing the rear down. I ran a 3.23 rear from the 2.73 which made a noticeable difference and just gone to a 3.42 (not much difference tbh) to optimise my 1/4 mile.

Want to try get my cowl hood made next though, more muscle then !!!

Cheers for comments chaps and sorry for late replies, im an evil salesman and has been the last week of my billing month!

Indeedy, next pressing thing is to paint the calipers, probably going to go gloss black though or perhaps silver.

Also want to get the same grille as Kieko, do you have a link to the seller at all mate? Seen a few on US ebay but many are vague as to the colour and Id hate a chrome kne to arrive. In answer to your question mate im in Romford, Essex.

Also need to change out the orange repeaters and today, kindly, the aerial has packed up. It never rains...

Maudy, how much of a job is it to change the gearing? Seems like a no brainer choice.

In earnest of the new grille, I moved the plate down today, honestly what does everyone think?

Have a good rest of weekend guys.

Grille from this guy.

On the subject of gearing. Personally I wouldn`t f**k about here and go to someone who knows their stuff. I went to this guy. Geof Hauser. He`s an hour and a half from you.

I took my Mustang to there and he fitted 4.10s that day. Big job but it`s done right with no whine or issues. 4.10s from 3.27s made a noticeable difference in the way the car drove. To be honest the 3.27s with the auto box were too long and made the car feel sluggish and heavy. The new gears made the car feel like it had lost 100kg.

Worth a thought ferdi. Oh and I think the plate isn`t a 100% right there. A smaller one bent the same angle as the grille when it comes? I think number plates ruin the front of our cars
