Mmm, it's got the making of a good film, it'll be interesting to see how accurate it is to the era. I guess they're going to be using a lot of archive footage of the cars running?

There's another drag racing film that's been referenced from that, filmed roughly in the era so going to try and track down a copy http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0085656/

Interesting twist on the McLaren ending there ;) Didn't know there was a vid series, will see what the others are like :thumbup:

Car Details:79' camaro road & track day toy. 383 stroker, 5 speed TKO trans, lots of suspension stuff, 13" Vette brakes, 18" wheels.
Location:Luton
The Jag XJ220 in the last video was all over Pistonheads a while back..
From memory, apparently it wasn't abandoned, it was in the Middle East (Dubai ?) and left by the owner with a garage for work to be carried out, but it was in the middle of a sandstorm, and it was left outside so got covered in dust, hence the look in the photos.
