On the right hand bank, my EGR plumbing coming off the top of the exhaust manifold has been lashed up a bit.
Basically, from what I gather, is that the connection from the manifold doesn't fit to the connection going back to the rest of the system.
It's been lashed up with some jubilee clips and aluminium foil, which is failing and needs sorting.

Am I looking at something custom or are the connections easy enough to find?

Cheers Malc - it'll be simpler for me to grab a pic next time I'm topping up the radiator. :)

She's also started making a 'putt' noise on one cylinder exhaust - I'm wondering if the manifold bolts need torquing up again.
Couple of pics of the part I'm talking about:
You can see how she's been patched up, and that's just getting worse.

New valve arriving tomorrow, hopefully.
She's also getting an MSD Blaster coil and some poly anti-roll bushings fitted tomorrow.

Solved:
Garage dudes sleeved and welded the damn thing together.

Also, the combination of MSD Blaster coil, the new distributor, leads and plugs means that she's bursting into life in the mornings, really made a difference that coil. :) Not a bad score for £16 - and it was local.
