Morning Guys,

No new snow here, but still freezing cold. No work today but still had to get up at 06.30 to drop the mrs off.

Cheers.

Russ.

No snow here either but very cold. I managed to get "punishers" Chevelle running yesterday & we went out for a little spin in it, which was good. I took some photos of it but can't down load them onto the computer at the mo as someones taken the lead to my phone Grr!!

I was up in my attic sorting through some stuff & found some photos that I've not seen for over 20 years.

here's a couple of my '55 Chevy

Here's some of a car that I built. "Can you tell what it is yet"  I made the panels & took a mould from them. They were then fitted to the donor car, prepped & then sprayed Ferrari red.

Taking a trip down Memory lane Nige?

That 55 looks somethin' fierce! What's the story to it, aka why isn't it still in your posession ;)

What's the paint job on it, looks like a Kandy - brandy wine?

The Ferrari tribute - is that on an F-body??

Cheers!

Ray

Where possible, a photo sharing service can be used such as Flickr, Imgur etc. The image location (usually ending in .jpg) can be copy and pasted between the ][ brackets that appear when you click the 'Img' button (you can find this button at the top of the message box).

How to post youtube vids: Click on the 'youtubeHD' button at the top of the message box and in the middle of the ][ brackets that just appeared, copy and paste everything from the youtube web address that appears after the = sign i.e if this is the url: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K2cNqaPSHv0 just copy "K2cNqaPSHv0").

I did a fame off restoration on the car. It was painted black with a BMW red pearl dusted over the top. In ordinary light it looked black but when the sun hit it it turned burgundy. Martin (sportsroof on here) did all of the mechanical work on it for me. It had a 468 cu in motor, tunnel ram, 660 centre squirter Holleys, roller cam etc etc. It was street legal & ran 10.57 @135 mph on the motor, no nitrous. It was built to run a 2 stage nitrous kit but it was never fitted.

No the Ferrari tribute isn't an F body......next guess??

cheers...Nige
