Morning guys, hey Russ, is that a satellite dish on your garage?? dead posh if it is :lolno: No snow here just a bit of drizzle. Off to help my mate (punisher on here) to get his '69 Chevelle started. It sounds like he's killed the battery, just hope it doesn't rain too m uch as it's gonna be outdoors. Took Evilzee out for a run yesterday & thoroughly enjoyed it. Covered in salt by the time I got home though as I'd been following a tractor for a few miles until the road ahead got clear to pass it.

Here's a bit of useless information, did you know that on this day in 1986, Rambo: First Blood, Part 2 arrived at video stores. It broke the record set by "Ghostbusters", for first day orders. 435,000 copies of the video were sold.

cheers...Nige

Hi Nige,

No they were for two different sats at the time one was for hotbird and the other for astra, because we live in a conservation area you weren't allowed to put them up without planning permission and when you applied you always got turned down, so i put mine on the garage as they couldn't be seen from the road or the neighbours.

Since everything went digital and the dishes being a bit smaller the laws changed so you can put dishes up on your house now, apart from some of the grade 1 and 2 listed further down the road.

Cheers.

Russ.
