Where possible, a photo sharing service can be used such as Flickr, Imgur etc. The image location (usually ending in .jpg) can be copy and pasted between the ][ brackets that appear when you click the 'Img' button (you can find this button at the top of the message box).

How to post youtube vids: Click on the 'youtubeHD' button at the top of the message box and in the middle of the ][ brackets that just appeared, copy and paste everything from the youtube web address that appears after the = sign i.e if this is the url: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K2cNqaPSHv0 just copy "K2cNqaPSHv0").

Now the hard and time consuming job to get on with
"Adding all the rust effects"

Bought a fantastic product from Sayers Paints in Northampton called "Verometal" this is a rust effect paint that can be painted or airbrushed on that you then age to get the effect you want.

That should keep me amused for a short while....

Real nice. I love Big bumper Camaro's even though my '77 has none. Nice job on the strips.

Hi Luke
Rear wheels are 10x 15's
The rear suspension is stock apart from air shocks.
They are currently pumped up fully but i may need to let them down a bit once i get it on the road as it will probably drive like a three legged pig on rollerskates
Just wanted to get the Bumblebee stance right !!!!

Look forward to catching up with you soon

Si

Update

Done a little bit more over the Christmas break

I have re created the steering wheel centre from the film

Film Original

My Version

Also been working on the front spoilers.

This turned out to me more work than expected as i was unable to find the rare Z28 spoilers that they used in the film (Either originals or reproductions)
Ended up getting some 77- 81 front corners spoilers and a standard 77 Z28 spolier and sectioning then together.

Just filled in ther holes where the air ducts are and these should be primered up very soon ready for paint, then flattting back to make them "Custom faded".....

If it ever stops raining and being damp i can get a start on the rust effects and a few more jobs on the list.

Also found that an artist (ian Cooke) had done a picture of my car whilst GM still had the car at Luton.
He paints the images using radio controlled cars !!!!!

Would be awsome to get hold of the original (Probably worth more than the car!!!) or at least a print.....

Thanks for looking Si..

Looking very cool....

Those 77 front z28 spoilers are very rare.. I tried to find one a few years ago, I did manage to search out some fibreglass reproductions but they were still pricey...

Finally saw the TrAnsformers film for tge first time recently too. !!!!!
