Another 2013 Invitation:
"Hi Folks,
It’s Shakespeare County Raceway’s 40th anniversary next year and it is our intention to hold the biggest and best Yanks Weekend/Garys Pinic ever, over the weekend of 25th – 27th May 2013. This is a well established event and is always well supported/attended. Last year we actively sought and gained attendance from all genres of American vehicles, not just cars and even had “big rigs” attend.
For 2013 we would welcome the attendance of American vehicles in your club and feel that it would also be of great mutual benefit, as you would be welcome to promote your club. You are most welcome to set up a display in an area we can set aside for you and hand out any promotional leaflets etc. We are also offering one free entry per ten pre booked entries.
Our event always receives good coverage in the press, on the internet and social media alike.
On site, we have areas set aside for camping/motorhome/caravans. We also have shower/toilet block/bar and catering facilities. On the Saturday and Sunday night, there will be a band playing.
