Hi Stu, I go quite regular, biggest show in NW, Saturday is quite busy and sunday is packed! Music all day on the lorry stage, and into the night in the marquee. Wall of death, lots of stalls, kids play park etc. Its a good (static) show, no racing or anything obviously.

I went ot Billing just once and was amazed how dead the show field was on the saturday. Stars and Strieps is busy both days.

Oh, and Tatton park is a stunning location. Camping is not like Billing though! No electric hookups, just some shower blocks, toilet blocks and a load of portaloos dotted round, but the camping is pretty laid back, no boxes to park in and overly stressful rules and regs. You just find a spot somewhere off the show field and pitch!

Hi Steven
Thanks for your info
Glad to hear there is another music outlet other than the lorry.
You say lots of stalls but at americana 2012 97% of them were food outlets hope SnS shows aren't the same.

As for billing the show took a big dive some years ago now.
I believe it was when the two main american clubs aaci and aacuk stopped hosting it together.
They had a falling out over something if anyone knows why or if I'm wrong please correct me.
I still like billing even tho its not how it used to be, just something about the place.

The stalls are a real mixture, car related stuff, tools (new and used), clothing, Americarna, sweets, food, car dealers, all sorts of stuff really.
