Damn, Neil has caught onto the freemasons undercover website

Hopefully we can see some pics of both Evilzee's progress and the Mustangs!

Tell me about, i have no powered sanding tools - only my arms and i've blocked the hell out of this car - a few times! Car is still not that straight, but i can carry heavy items more easily

thanks for the encouragement Neil  nearly there, as i've been saying for a year and a half lol.

Any pics of yours anytime soon? Would be good to see how she's coming along!

Cheers,

Ray

Quick update on how things are going. Martin (sportsroof) has finished initial set up with the 600 dbl pumper carbs. Both were totally dismantled & then he milled off the choke horns & blended everything in. They were then meticulously cleaned internally & fully rebuilt ready for the initial test runs. Once baselined both carbs will then be set up for optimum running on the crossram.

What? Too small, you think? I was thinking that too, maybe....but we'll try 'em first.
I do have a pair of slightly larger Holleys that would do if we need to upgrade though, but I doubt it.
Man, you got that intake cheap! http://www.heartbeatcitycamaro.com/stor ... nifold-69/
I'm quite looking forward to this little challenge
Cheers, Martin (almost constantly smelling of SUL these days)

And on top of that you gotta buy the filter assembly for $495.00, plus the matching crossram carbs for £1590.00 a pair, I think I did exceptionally well getting all of the stuff I did for the price paid

Here's one I got earlier

something unusual about the carbs, hmm, :ugeek: :ugeek: my knowledge of engines stretches as far as spark plug, fuel, noise

But i will try anyway. could it be the that each of the 8 pots (see, i am mechanically challenged :) ) has a tube sticking up from it?

Pass the dunce hat

Nothing unusual about those carbs in my garage! But then things do sometimes get done slightly differently from the norm in my garage. Say no more, (nudge, nudge - wink, wink)
Cheers, Martin
