Welcome mate. That is one heck of a nice looking motor ! :o I love classic cars that still retain their original look. What a beauty.

What's the history ? Restored by yourself or bought like that ? Engine upgrades ?

its a 350cu in V8, mildly tuned so should be pushing about 360-375bhp. I'll post pics of the engine bay when I get some decent pics - should be this weekend. Didn't want anything ridiculously fast - wanted to keep it as it was. Its a period 010 engine but not numbers matching.

Im led to believe its an original manual car - anyway it now has a freshly built 4 speed muncie/hurst shifter

previous owner did most of the work - must have taken him hundreds of hours - the paintwork is excellent as you can see in the pics - especially the one without the sun shining on it.

engine been fully rebuilt/detailed, underside is very nice, custom powerflow exhausts (sound amazing).

Car is in fantastic condition - just need a few things if someone can point me in the right direction.

Interior is original and standard but with a nice new carpet throughout - benefits from the original low back seats

I know a guy who can chrome parts cheaply - think i'm going to get the fuel filler cap chromed (small job and it won't be standard but it will look nice)

Did 1970 Z28s have chrome door handles or body colour? If chrome i need some new exterior door handles.

The seat backs are a little worn - need to get some new ones

Boot carpet - would a black z28 have had a black boot carpet or the other one? Where is the best place to get a boot carpet and spare wheel cover ordered from

Needs a new cigarette lighter too

floor mats - again need some nice tailored floor mats

rev counter isn't working nor is engine temp sensor

please can you guys point me to the best place to order the above from and provide as much advice as possible. Who would be best around west yorkshire to fit the parts (I just don't have the time I work too much!)

Some nice looking cars you all have too

cheers
lloyd
