Hi everybody.

I've just bought my first Camaro, a '95 Z28. I got a train from Southampton to Manchester last Tuesday and drove it home the same afternoon! At the moment it's being used daily, at least until I run out of money for petrol!
The only real mod is the dual 3" pipes with 9" letterbox ends, sounds fantastic! In fact, I've been sad enough to put a little vid up on Youtube!

There is one thing I can't figure out, the N/S tail/ brake light is a bit iffy. The tail light works fine, but goes out when the brake pedal is pressed and the brake light doesn't come on, all on the near side. However, the brake light works fine without the lights on and the tail light works fine without the brake on?! I've replaced the bulb and it has made no difference?! Any ideas?!

Andy

Hi Andy,

Welcome to the site, great looking car.

I saw your other post to Dudley, 2,400 Pounds for insurance WOW, you could buy a car for that.

Sorry, but I find that a lot of money to insure a car    :o :o

Yeah it is far too much money, but it's more than worth it! If I don't do this now, there'll be no fuel left by the time my insurance is vaguely affordable!
The attention the car gets makes up for it!

Lol ! Insurance never seems cheap on a car.

How old are you? I payed £950 when I first insured my Camaro when I was 23. That was with MCE. Still with them now, £450. Just turned 27.

Nice to see another 4th gen owner on here, welcome.

Hi, and thank you!

I'm 21! Have been with A. Flux on my previous car (35 year old Landy, bit of a difference!!) and I've got a slightly better deal this year with them, although it doesn't seem like it!

It's good to be among like minded people!
