Hey all, so after weeks and weeks fighting with my Diff I finally got the car ready for Brands Hatch on Sunday. Foolishly (Or maybe not) took it for an MOT today and got a MAJOR Do NOT Drive Fail. Brakes and hand brake operating and dangerously low capacity. We have bled, bled, bled, bled again, bled some more and then done some more bleeding on these brakes and now I am lost. So does anyone know where I can get a PV-Tool Porportioning Valve Lock Tool from? This about my last shot before I give up and replace the entire batking system on the cursed car. I've now had to beg with MSV to see if they will let me take my 65 Mustang which thankfully no one has brought yet so it is still in reserves. Thanks all. |

I just wedge a block of wood in between the pin and the engine. All you need to do is stop it moving out when pressure is applied. |

Hmm interesting approach. I'll have a look this weekend and see if I can achieve the same thing. Thank you. Much appreciated. |
