think i'm showing my complete lack of knowledge.

i don't really know looks like it could be the first seam up from the ground that it is leaking from, haven't really checked etc.

is there anyone that could have a look in huddersfield west yorks for me that knows what they are talking about? i don't really want to drive it anywhere!

The first seam up from the ground is where the sump meets the engine, there's no way that water can come out from here.My guess is that it's just above that line & is a leaking core plug hth, Unfortunately I'm a looooong way from you to be able to take a look.

Are you still selling the car as a friend of mine has been looking for a 2nd gen for some time now, but I thought you might have sold this one on by now? cheers.......Nige

hi nige,

well, i did have it for sale in case someone came along to buy it - wasnt really actively selling it as I love it to pieces but if it sells i will put some more money to it and get a chevelle pro street imported.

its just the hassle for me getting it fixed, ie tow it to a garage, get them to look at it, tow it back, order the parts etc and money wise its not worth it for my time.

if he wants it as is then he can have it for a good price and take the hassle off things for me.

tell him to call me 07983457140

it is a stunning car

cheers for the advice - do you know a good mechanic who will come out to me? or an enthusiast that could help diagnose the fault/problem?
