Ok, it is with much regret I have decided to put my Camaro up for sale. A new toy has come along unexpectedly so needs must and all that.

Wrong time of year, check.

Just before Xmas, check.

I can store it till spring but I'm putting it on here just to test the water,

so here is what I have. 99 Z28 MANUAL with 135k Kilometers.Uk car from new
very good all round, here a list of what I have done in the Last couple of years.
Full Strano suspension,Koni shocks, springs, roll bars. He's t he best at this bar none.
Full bushing and bearing replacement underneath, that's every rubber and ball joint.
EBC discs and pads.
Eagle f1 tyres, great condition.
All speakers upgraded.
battery, water pump, belts and pulleys.
All fluids changed last month.
There are a couple of paint issues on the bumpers that I am happy to factor in.

It's in teal green with a beige interior, I'm looking to get high fives for it which I think is fair. I have only seen one or two manuals come up for sale in the last five years and they were silly money.

So my number is 07930 917 595 if anyone is interested I can send pics etc.

cheers, Ben.

Hi chap, I would suggest removing your number from here or some kind of spambot will get it and you will get plagued by calls from idiots, good luck with the sale( some photos would probably help things along)

I second everything that the gentleman above suggested.

Did you do all that stuff yourself?

What part of the world are you in?

I take on board your suggestion about the number. I thought maybe the general public wouldn't be lurking around on here.though my number has been sold on so many times it hardly matters. We shall see.

Photos I agree would help but I have never used photo hosting so haven't a clue how it works. I can send pics via message or email so shouldn't be too bad.

I'm about 20 miles north of Bham and most of the work was done by my local garage who know the car pretty well by now.

Cheers, Ben.

With a LS1 and the manual its going to sell. Get it on ebay as a Classified ad and I bet you'll get a lot of interest.

Crimbo isn't that bad a time as plenty of people have time of so can view the car during the break.

I should have mentioned that I picked up my Z28 on 6th December last year.
My Christmas present to me.
I don't think the time of year matters much with cars like ours.
Being comparatively rare, if you are after one, you will go for it regardless.
I paid the sort of money you suggested, but mine's auto, so you should probably ask more for a manual.
Best of luck with the sale. What is the new toy?

I was offering at what i think to be a fair price to forum members first, for hopefully a sale to an enthusiast who understands a little about these things.

I hate dealing with the general tyre kicking public but will list it on Ebay if needs be, and the price will go up.

New toy is a 2011 Mustang 5.0 GT. Just had a mad moment of impulse.

Thanks all, have a good Xmas.
