Post subject:  Geometry specs ???

Hey chaps anybody know or can point me to a site that has the front steering geometry specs for the later ls1 4th gens
toe/camber/caster etc
I found a bit of play in one track rod end :(
Ive drawn a blank in trying to find the specs any help greatfully recieved :thumbup:

Would a proper garage with laser alignment have the specs on a computer program? They sold Camaros from Vauxhall dealerships in the UK so you would think someone would have the specs over here.

If you have a Haynes or Chiltern it will be in there.

there are some specs in a link from sam strano floating about, was gonna say ill look, but found them :)


LF and RF Camber: -2.5 degrees
Toe was slightly out
Caster: 4.5 degress

Now this is for autocross + handling
Basically though you want as much on the caster adjustment as possible +ve, i always run this, then set the camber, prob anywhere from -0.3 to -1 depending on how you like the car to handle and how much you want to scrub the tyres off for no returns if you dont track race the car. toe aeound zero, or adjusted as necessary if the car tram lines :)

You would think so Dunc hey but the local digital 4wheeler guys who i have known for years through work said if i can get the specs they can put them onto there machine :think:

What i should do is do the tracking myself with our laser super tracker but wouldnt mind a proper 4wheeler done :thumbup:
