I talked to one in Kent but it's a bit too far from where I live just to strip my wheels however they do pick up/deliver for extra change.  I like the way they'll strip the chrome though, instead of shot blasting they use electro plating (proper way).

try an electroplating company theres two in thetford ADVATECH LTD 01842 755358 . DOVE ANODISING LTD 01842 753908 . hope this helps
