Morning all Hope you are all well. BIt of an issue with my rear lights. Got pulled by plod Saturday evening, my lights at the back being their complaint. Basically my O/S sidelight is not working, but this is a simple blown bulb, no issue. What is confusing is the N/S cluster. The brake light is constantly on, regardless of light switch position or pedal application. The spoiler light works as expected. Any idea what could cause this odd behaviour? Could there be some kind of short or something, any idea how I would check? Complete dummy when it comes to electrics, have to admit. Any advice is welcome, have a 14 day wonder to get it fixed and stamped by an MOT place, more worrying is that someone will misread the signals and decide to drive into the back of me, which would seriously ruin my day... Cheers! |

Hi chaps Managed to sort the light, the bulb was in backward... Tres embarrassing. Problem now is though that the left blinker flashes really fast. Any ideas? Im guessing flasher unit but the right blinker is fine. Damn electrics. |

Usually means another bulb on that side isn't working. Or Maybe wrong wattage? |
