They look good. I couldn't agree more, the standard brakes for the Z28 are dangerous. They overheat very quickly and make it impossible to stop the car when travelling at higher speeds. Its not until you have a scary moment and realise it won't stop that you realise it is a very important upgrade. Why did chevrolet do that......? It is dissapointing. A really good investment.

Good work.. Track days are great fun in Camaros as no-one expects you to be able to stop or corner..

What pads did you go for.. ? I'm using EBC Yellowstuff, and their drilled discs too, seem good so far.
Heard good things about the Bluestuff & also the Hawk Competition ones too..

to be honest I can't remember. I think I went for standard Corvettes ones.

Due to reasons too dull to type, I actually have a spare set of conversion bracketts if anybody is interested.
I'll post them in the for sale section.
I can recommend the brake upgrade :)

Very nice! I'll be doing mine also... Just can't decide if I want to go 6 pot C6Z06 BBK or 2 pot C5Z05 BBK.

Have you seen how many pads the 6 pot C6-ZO6 front calipers use. Each piston has it's own seperate pad, so their very pricey to replace, and you need massive wheels to fit over them..

Just saw your reply. Yeah the stock pads come with separate piece but they do now offer an aftermarket one piece for each side.

I may opt for C6 caliper version. I already have a set of 18s all around so either of the kit will fit.
