Hello Guys Just wondered does anyone know roughly how many miles the 3.8 V6 will do when the fuel needle gets to empty?! I'm very good at running it low but havent worked out how many miles it will do when its on the line! :-) Thanks |

Why would you want to run the car so low on fuel?? I always try to keep mine pretty full & even on a long run I'll always top up when the gauge reaches around a 1/4 tank. I do the same with all my cars not just the Camaro. One problem that you might encounter if you run the car on the dregs of fuel in the tank is that you might start to pick up sediment from the tank bottom which could block your fuel filter.hth cheers...Nige |

Yeah, I agree with Nige. It's hard for your fuel pump to operate when its dry and it is also hard to get them swap as you either you have to cut a whole inside of your car or drop the fuel tank.
