being REALLY short on the folding now (and for the foreseeable future
) 285s might work because they seem to be a little cheaper - and currently every penny helps (carries on like this I'll be buying Tesco value everything, including toilet roll)

quickie here - on the standard 17s I'm thinking that the biggest tyre size is 285/40/17 for the rear (wouldn't want to try that on the front as the 275s already get intimate with the inner wheel-arch)? |

yeah but i wouldn't bother changing front and rear to a different size as you cannot rotate them then. Plus 285 over 275 isn't much difference, but they'll prob fit |
