aye all done myself, and got some more to add, done a lot of engine work now and custom tuning
euro spec are just the post 98 models that were upto euro regulations and group 18 insurance vs 20 for imports. this means normal insurers list the car, still specialists are cheaper. See a few on ebay now and them, theoretically rarer but still seen. Lots more v6 though than v8, and euro manual are really rare.
tbh the specs change every year with parts here and there so getting correct info is a nightmare, mine has most US stuff on now and smoother rear bumper cause I like it more
