Hi all
just bought a 96 3.8 jap import, silver 30,000 on the clock, 2,400. Spent 2000 on a new LPG system runs so sweet... I love it, what a car.
BUT..... 2 things.... anyone got an easy fix for headlining sagging in the 2 areas above the seats, I thought of pinning them deep into the back of the recess with some long panel pins with superglue on the end, or expanding fixers then making up some panels to obscure the fixings and attaching them with velcroe strips over the top.
ALSO... got a slight rattle that happens over some bumps coming from the drivers side rear, its not the exhaust or the heat shield I THINK, maybe the coil springs round the shocks... rubber mountings gone..?, anyone got any clues, it sounds like its reverberating, and only seems to happen when it goes over a bump rather than a recess.
Other than that... amazing
not my first yank
but my first muscle car
looking forward to meeting up the shows

Olly

Nice car, I had a dark Green 4th gen Camaro until recently, really nice cars, smoother and more comfy than I had expected. Welcome to the Club and I'm sure someone will have an answer for you soon!!!!

That rattle traced down to brake caliper sliders in the rear and/or spring rattle, just for the record.... . My right front speaker seems to have stopped working, its the bose delco unit, what a pain. Am looking to replace it with the CD version, its the cass one at present , does anyone have one they want to sell??? shot in the dark I know
