For specific heat ranges and numbers, i have no idea, brand though, i would personally go with NGK as they are the only plugs i have NEVER had a problem with !

Car Details:1999 Camaro Z28 M6, Dark Blue, Borla catback with custom tips, Z06 front brakes, Hurst shifter, Team Dynamics wheels, Lowered 1", MTI lid, shock tower brace
Location:Shrewsbury, Shropshire
Go for the original AC Delco ones. There's no super plugs for the LT1's and the normal plugs last really well.

Oh and set a good 5 hrs a side to change them!
