Hi, I know the feeling, It is hard to find parts like that. There is a guy on ebay up north that parts american cars out, just he wants imho a fair chunk of cash for them. Think if you look on ebay there is one on there, though I haven't check on it last few days. The V6/manual gearbox versions also have better gears if you stuck with the same 2.73 as I have. Also the 89 upwards have more splines on the axle shaft 28 vs 26 so they are a bunch better and then there is the 9 bolt axle which is much stronger than the 10 bolt one, rare as hens teeth over here. You could try something stateside, it will probably only cost £200 or so to ship across if its on the west coast. That was the quote I had for a gearbox I was thinking about many moons back.
