| Post subject: | Power hatch motor |
Hi folks, does anyone know of anywhere to get a new power hatch motor for my Z28 iroc 1987. Mines broken and not fixable, it's buzzes like crazy, heats up to point of burning hatch upholstery and won't pull the hatch tight. I don't mind if its a part from a broken vehicle, just need it to lock as rain seeps in. Thank you Robbo |

for the time been can you not just manually wind the the mechanism down in to the fully closed position disconnect the motor then when you shut the tailgate it is fully shut. ( thats how mine was when I first bought the car until I fixed it) |
