Car Details:1984 Chevrolet Camaro Sport Coupe V6
Hi Camaro Club,

we want to sell our 1984 Chevrolet Camaro Sport Coupe!
When we moved over from Germany last Year in December we brought the car with us.
Unfortunatly we havn´t got the time anymore to take enough care about it and it is a pain not having it in a garage.
Since i bought it in 2012 it was always in a dry place as you can see here:

http://orionpax.de/Panorama_Orionpax/pa ... onpax.html

but after moving over to the UK for the new job and after moving into a new house 8 weeks ago, we have no garage anymore.
Now the winter is coming and i want to sell it as soon as possible so it has a new warm home again :chevy:

Another reason we want to sell it is that we don´t know if we can have it insuranced over here the same like in Germany.
Since November 2014 it has a H license plate, which stands for History.
With a history number plate this car costs around 300€ a year on insurance in Germany.
In order to have it registered and insuranced in the UK, would we have to change the lights, which are reflecting in the wrong direction?
Also we became parents in February and feel we need to buy a "safe" car anyway.....

I love the car a lot and i wish i could have finished "my project",
but i think it is time to let go and give it to somebody who can invest the time and money, which i simply do not have.

So we can provide a lot of pictures and information via email:

orionpax23@googlemail.com

Thanks!

Hey Alex,

It may well be possible to get insurance for it overhere, Adrian flux is a great one among others and its probably going to be similar money as what you were paying in Germany. Finding a garage for it over here would be pretty difficult/expensive over here, needs to long or a double one really and they are hard to find. As for headlight lens, you can get different housings or a temporary patch that goes on them.

Im not personally after another camaro but I thought it might help also if you put you advert in the for sale section with some pics, the link posted doesnt seem to work so well.
