Hi folks, I'm brand new to this forum. I've just purchased my first American Dream car which is a 350ci, Z28 iroc 1987. (I hope the pics work above). I'm just looking for people with advise and general chat about the car. I have never done a car up before and bought this as I always liked em plus I didn't want what everyone of my friends have (vxr's, rs's and type r's lol). Thank you John |

Hello and welcome! Looks like a nice original example. I like that it's the 5.7, most are the 5.0, good colour too! You won't regret it, they're great cars and are contagious (just changed my 3rd gen for a 2nd gen). Also, the 3rds are looking to be a solid investment as they seem to be going up in value! More pics? We like pics :-) |

Thank you guys, as I've said I don't know very much about cars but I thought it was to to get myself I nice new hobby. I'm currently working on getting it resprayed, I've just matched original colour finding the original paint code, I just need to tweak a door had it seems to have dropped and waiting on the last of the rubbers to come in what I've ordered. This used to be 5.0 but the last owner switched to 5.7 Chevy crate so the only down side is its not an original engine but near as. |
