Start of my next job
I want a set of headers, I know Rocky does the stainless works ones but they are expensive $900 from sumit not sure if Rocky is cheaper
Has anyone fitted hooker or headman headers and if so where did they buy them from?

I am going to mate them to a similar set up to the stainless works side burner that I want to get made in uk
Will fit it into the ground effects

Help appreciated
Ian

Car Details:1986 Camaro, bought into Spain by me in 1993.
305 replaced by a 355, 750 Demon carb, RPM AirGap intake, Brodix heads, Hedman Hedders, 3" Flowmaster exhaust.
Wheels are Summit aluminium 5 spokes, tyres are 245 rear 225 front BF Goodrich.
B/M transmission, battery relocated to the rear, GoodMark 4" cowl steel hood.
Location:Spain East Coast
I have the Heman Hedders for 3rd gen plus the Y pipe.
They are really well made and are a good fit, easy to install.
I´ve tried to post pics but it just won´t work.... :problem:

Looking at buying the Hedman ones from John Wolfe Racing on eBay, they come in at about £400 in total.

Iroc convertible
Custom airride, SLP exhaust, 20" Iroc rims, Mini tubbed, Everything new or uprated.
Corvette C6 Z06 Brakes,
Procharger on the way.

Can't stand hedmans fitted loads of them and they are not as good as hookers. Stainless works are the best but are pricey.

Do Hooker to a direct fit set of headers with a Y pipe.

I am not bothered with the y pipe as going down a different route.

I use Summit mostly, big inventory, decent prices, no middle man to pay.

Hooker Street ones, which should be a direct fit:
http://www.summitracing.com/dom/parts/h ... /overview/

Hooker Y pipe to suit:
http://www.summitracing.com/dom/parts/h ... /overview/

Those two, using iParcel which takes into account customs and duty = $1,349.71 (£806.95)
