If yours is a 92 it will have VATS you can see a small black square on either side of the ignition key with a metal tab on it. |

I have spent the last few hours reading all about this VATS and how it affects the starter relay and so on. It sounds an expensive fix if that is the problem with mine. |

You can bypass it by putting a resistor in line. |
