Got home from work. Parked her in the garage, get out, lock the doors and realise there's clouds of steam coming from under the bonnet.
Open the bonnet, thinking the new rad's gone, or a hose or something - but no. Something new this time!
I shot some video:

So what am I looking at here?

The thermostat housing sits right at the top front of the engine in most small block chevy's, which is where it looks like it's leaking from, but it's obviously obscured in the video..

The thermostat housing was fine - it was replaced only a couple of months ago. Definitely leaking from the black plastic t-junction looking thingumabob on the passenger side.
Something to do with the AC/heater maybe?

Corvette C6 Z06 Brakes,

Its the heater bypass valve, common fault. If you twist the hoses a bit you will probably find the crack (make sure its cooled down first)
I have secondhand ones if needed but alot of people do get new to make sure.

Cheers Rocky - I've just ordered a new one from RockAuto.
I'll get that done along with the oil pressure switch, front bearings and the new rear winglet should be ready to fit by now.

Is there a safe way to bypass it for the moment?

Easiest way is just put a T piece in but you can just bypass the heater matrix.

Well, she's staying at the garage until the part arrives on Wednesday, as they weren't happy to make a fix and potentially have it fail if I'm sat in traffic.
Which is fair enough - cooked heads are something I can do with out.

Small update - oil pressure switch and heather control valve sorted.
Inner bearings sorted.
Outer bearings? Not so much.
I bought a Timken set (Set 3 and Set 6) which I believe are correct for the IROC.
However, apparently the outer set are slightly too large.
Could this be because I'm running EBC discs? Is it possible the EBC discs have a smaller outer bearing diameter suitable for the RS?
Hmmmm

Should be all the same only the 1LE was different bearings.
