Car Details:1986 Camaro, bought into Spain by me in 1993.
305 replaced by a 355, 750 Demon carb, RPM AirGap intake, Brodix heads, Hedman Hedders, 3" Flowmaster exhaust.
Wheels are Summit aluminium 5 spokes, tyres are 245 rear 225 front BF Goodrich.
B/M transmission, battery relocated to the rear, GoodMark 4" cowl steel hood.
Location:Spain East Coast
It´s a beaut in black, what colour´s the interior ?
I used to have a snow plough sized number plate up front,
I hated it, ruins the front of a swoopy nosed car.
I´ve now got a smaller one, not sure what it´s for but it´s iffy legal for my Camaro.
They have´nt said anything at test time and there are a load of cars sporting them here now.

Car Details:79' camaro road & track day toy. 383 stroker, 5 speed TKO trans, lots of suspension stuff, 13" Vette brakes, 18" wheels.

Not sure if they changed the law, but I think if the vehicle is obviously foreign you can run the smallest size number plate that the space dictates. So you could probably run a bike sized one.

i used to have a US style stamped metal plate on my IROC that fitted nicely, and never had any problems.. Or just don't have a front plate :D

Car's looking good though !!!!!

Provided the car is not whole vehicle approved, ie imported into the UK and would require an SVA and an IVA AND there is no suitable recess for a UK sized plate, you can use a motorcycle size plate.
Basically... in a nutshell... the plate must be 12x6". The font must be in the approved font. Character height must be 64mm. Width 44mm. Stroke (thickness of character lines) 10mm, and spacing between characters 10mm. The vertical space between groups (top line and bottom line) is 13mm max.

I've been pulled by the cops whilst I was, uh, 'making progress' on my way to work. Didn't mention the speed, but I was given a 14 day notice to fix the plates (which the previous owner had presumably fitted).
Yes, it does interrupt the lovely line of the nose, but it could be worse.

Interior is grey, clean apart from roof liner, its a bit saggy .
It had a front plate on it when I bought it but fell of when I was driving to the my unit  tbh a would love to have left it off cause off the sleek nose cone but the fuzz up just look for any excuse to pull us :problem: its an actual z28 front plate holder that's on it so a just got my m8 to make me up 2 new plates with the same letter font size as the rear, the mot tester didn't even mension if they were legal or not, awell a suppose al soon find out

Looking really mean! Wheels, the black and the bonnet make it!

I have a number plate like yours- really don't see the point of not using one that won't get you pulled over.

Yeah - she's a beaut! I prefer the simple RS bonnet over the IROC louvres, to be honest. Much cleaner lines.
Congrats!
