I've been with Sure Term the last 2 maybe 3 years. Come renewal time this year I was shocked by their lack of knowledge. Took the lady 7 mins to find Chevrolet as she hadn't thought to look in American cars. It went downhill from there as she didn't know anything, popped me on hold for so long I had to put the phone down. Before the never ending hold, I had given all of my details again- I mean all. They never called back. I went to A Plan. What a nice change that was. Knowledgeable and very concise.

Never used A Plan before but highly recommended!!
