Finally, the third gen is starting to be seen as being collectable. Its often treated as the bargain basement classic 'maro but prices are rising as availability is decreasing. Particular collectables are earlier models, especially with the composite hood, later 5.7 manuals but the daddy of currently affordable but soon to be unavailable versions is the 1982 Pace car replica. It is becoming increasingly hard to find third gens without rust and so if you have one, look after it! |

ive noticed the prices going up, i bought my first one for under 1000 now ude have no chance, been lucky with the iroc ive just got, body's reall solid no welding on it, just the engine issue and a nice dent in the door. |
