I was looking at doing the end caps yesterday, seems there´s an awful lot involved in getting the trim
away on the left in the rear.
I will have to ruin trim clips to do it.
I need plenty of room to get my drill in there.

Oh cock !
Yeah, I can imagine that being a nightmare! :o I'm trying to take mine off at the moment and that last bolt in the corner's a sod to get to.

With the various bits of bodykit there and not there, what model did your car start life as?

I used to have a Z28 with a bodykit on the front but none on the back. Turned out it had been rear-ended and repaired by cheapskate muppets

Sorry on the long delay......

I'm trying to take mine off at the moment and that last bolt in the corner's a sod to get to.

There is a plug under the rear quarter which gives access to that nut in the corner.
Remove the rear light clusters to get at it.
Go back to the first video I posted.

Using the side spoiler pieces I made a paper template and marked the holes.

Then lump in throat slightly sweating I drilled, small holes to begin with.

I was told those holes had to be pretty big but I started off cautiously, they ended up at 22mm.
If they´re not big enough the spoiler does not sit in it´s place.

I used plenty of sealer inside and out.

Bummer.....I managed to lose one of the nuts for the side piece.......searchin´searchin´searchin´

Somewhere in the back but not inside the car, there does´nt seem to be any entry
for it, so it must be in the bumper.
It had sealer on it so it might be glued out of sight and magnet.
