Car Details:1990 Camaro 5lt RS manual with T-tops.
Have a fairly large steering wander on my 3rd Gen and massive creaking from about 3 hours ago...
Pulled over and me and my brother had a look and Ive got massive chassis flex under the steering box, now Ive read up and its common for cracking around that area, which would explain the wandering and flex.

Will be checking it out properly tomorrow and seeing, but a lot of people recommend getting a wandering bar to help strengthen the front end. Anyone know where to get one in the UK? there about $50 in the states

That was pretty much going to be the case if i didn't find one in the UK for less than 40quid lol. May actually just weld a bar side to side, then i should never have chassis flex problems at the front... Doesn't look like it will interfere with anything.

Good man! Make sparks! Fix your car cheap, that's the spirit of hotrodding. Show pics when it's done, eh?
