Rusty headers are such a common thing... ceramic coating from new or stainless is the only real solution, but costs big bucks either way... i had a quote of about £800 for some 1 3/4" stainless headers. Looks like a great fix what you've done though.... |

Nige (Evilzee on here) had his headers ceramic coated for about £40 at a place in Birmingham. Hopefully he can post up the name of the place. Stainless do cost way too much |

I have a feeling that those headers were hot ally sprayed ( much cheaper )Calyx is an excellent product and works really well on factory cast manifolds as well as headers |
