My Cragar S/S wheels are peeling and tired. Thinking about replacing them with these wheels and BF Goodrich radials from North Hants. Can't find any pics with them on a 2nd gen Camaro - anyone got a pic buried away? Charger with similar wheels is the closest I could find: |

I was planning on getting these for mine too, gives it a cool nascar look http://tbcwheels.ridestyler.com/?mode=webbot Choose 15" and manufacturer is Vision. The NASCAR ones are made by Aero and are frequently on ebay.com at pretty cheap prices, having come straight off of a NASCAR. There's a guy who sells them in North Carolina and has a garage full of them. With postage and tax / duties it's get's expensive though . I got a quote from Northants for a set of 4 with tyres..over a grand no thanks. Attachment:

They're steel too, so pretty heavy, they look pretty mean in Black in 17" though.... If I was doing a sort of back street racer look I'd Go for those... If you like the existing Cragars you could get them refurbished, unless you want a change... Cragar Soft8 here on a 2nd gen, 17" I think |

I was getting the vibe that it's not worth the time/money to refurb the Cragars with the peeling/rusty chrome coating?? With the painted bumpers now I wonder if the black wheels would be more fitting. Don't think anything too shiny would suit it now! |

I have a set of those Daytona in 7x15s for my wets I reckon they suit early Camaros well! Watch the backspacing I think they are 3 and 7/8ths inch ie they stick out quite a lot. see picture of Camilla wearing them at Chomondely Pageant of Power in 2006 here (in the wet!): |

http://www.4x4i.com/4x4-news/product-news.html Wheel and tyre bonus We have heard about a new consignment of steel wheels and Recip Mud tyres now available at 4x4tyres.com at Leeming Bar, North Yorks. This special delivery of some 1500 steel wheels range from 15x7 through to 16x10 and are available in silver or black finishes. Prices start from an amazing £29.00, so they are sure to sell well. The wheels would go well with the Portuguese Recip Mud terrain tyres. Sounds like some bargain off-road rubber as well. Website: www.4x4tyres.com |

Pse NB Defender wheels will not fit a Chevrolet.................... Jaguar ones will though............... I have a pair of NOS new 10x15 Revolution 5 spokes - that won't fit Butch (because it is so low) but would fit a std car 67/68 a lowered 69 or any std gen 2 |
