Not really much of a tech tip, but thought i'd share anyway. The white writing on my tyres were more of a yellow and dirt colour, so used some 240 grit sandpaper on a small flexible rubber block and some water and they came up looking much better. The 'C' is done, the others for comparison.

Too much like hard work, I always found a thinners-soaked rag worked better and if it was warm and indoors, would happily get you off your trolley for next to nothing  Cheers, Martin |

Good idea on the thinner - the other side still needs to be done so will give that a try
