Car Details:1970 Z28 largely restored.
Hi, I have a 1970 Z28 that has been extensively rebuilt ov at er a number of years. I am in Scotland and rarely come across other 2nd gen Camaros at shows I was at the NEC show recently and was disappointed to see only two Camaros there, a 69 on the Classic American stand and a 70 that was doing trips for Sporting Bears. There were loads of Mustangs - where are all the Camaros?

Hello and welcome to the club!

It is true there are hundreds of Mustangs and far fewer Camaros over here. The Mustang has always been more popular than the Camaro both in the UK and USA, and most years it has outsold the Camaro.

While it would certainly be nice to see more about, I take some joy in driving a car that is far rarer over on here shores.
