Just a quick hello from a soon to be owner of a Gen 4 1999 Camaro Z28 with the LS1 5.7L powerplant.

This is the first american vehicle in my many years of driving and I am looking forward to picking it up tomorrow morning, followed by a gentle cruise home
with the missus who is very much behind the purchase :D

Once i have it home and get some pics I'll pop a couple up

Thanks for the welcome, I think you can hang on to the shiny bit for the time being as I will need a few weekends to get the body up to scratch,
I've put a quick pic up in the 4th gen section.

But here's another

Congrats on the new purchase and welcome to the club! What was the place you got the beast from? I saw some interesting cars in the background (saw the pics in the 4th gen section too).

Cheers!
Ray

Cheers. Picked it up from Oldcott motors, they have a few oldies hanging around, but outside my budget unfortunately.
