Hi Camaro club Yankslapper here. I have been meaning to log onto you guys for some time now. Sorry I am not the best organised person in the world or should I say I just seem to be so busy. I would have described myself as a camaro nut a few years ago but now just "nut" will cover most aspects of my life. I have logged on here to sell a camaro but also to try to tempt me out of the garage and into the club life ! I will post a bit more here later but I just wanted to introduce myself. I am not a trader I am actually something quite different however I decided to give up many other aspects of my life and take up restoring american cars as a hobby. I know ........ what a fool but over the last three years I have learnt a tremendous amount and had some fun to boot. I own three 1st gen camaros and a few other projects but alot like so many other guys I read about I have overstretched myself and I find myself keen to create rather than own a collection. So a few must go and I like to think of them as all tweaked with a little bit of something different. I shall post some info here later and yes I probably will offend a few camaro purists by putting a 5 speed tremec in a 67 camaro or putting an inappropriate body stripe on a 68 base model but in advance "sorry" I just like to be different. As they say " no likey.......no lighty". Bye for now. Ps Thanks to Paul for making me remember to log on to you guys at the hot rod night at the ace a month ago. Yankslapper.

Hello and welcome... It's possible we chatted at the Ace Cafe a couple of months back, s I think I was parked pretty nearby, and there aren't many people with 3 first gens :D
