Hello every, new to the forum, I have a 1979 gen 2 project that needs a lot of work. I'm hoping to have it on the road for the summer, might not happen that fast.

Hello Alex, welcome to the club! Great to have another 79'er on board  What are your plans? Take a look through my 79 build thread if you need. p.s i also same the same thing 3 years ago  hopefully you have more skill than me lol. Whereabouts in the UK are you located? Hi, loads of plans but all budget dependent, fitting a 350 at the moment, just finished the roll cage will then try to get her back on the road. Cant wait she sounds lovely straight out the exhaust headers at the moment! Live in Surrey Ray, would be cool to meet like minded Camaro owners! Any one know of some where to get a reasonably priced windscreen? Will try to get a few more pics up aswell. Cheers Alex |

haha.. the windscreen thing has come up before.. lots of different recommendations.. I can't remember them all but do a forum (top right of page) search and it should come up. Surrey's not far from many of us in the South East..  .. keep your eyes peeled for meets and stuff..

Yea will keep my eyes open. Found some one up near Birmingham that can do a screen for 250. |
