I am looking for a complete exhaust system for my 1967 327.

I already have headers so its from there back.
I have looked on Summit and other American sites but because I live in Germany I am concerned about the Customs (they are funny over here)

Does anyone have any ideas if there is a place in the UK that make them/sell them?

If you want standard type system, it's probably going to be easier to get from from someone like Summit or Jegs, or perhaps someone in the UK like US Automotive will supply one, I'm guessing you have to pay some import duty on things though?
The other option is a custom made one, which is what I did as I wanted stainless, so used a UK company called Longlife that have a few franchises all over the UK. Maybe there is something similar in Germany.

How does work with TUV over there for parts, or does it not apply to classics ?

I got a complete system from Flowmaster (I think) from Webster race for Camilla

which was reasonable in price and a good fit
they take care of all customs etc

I know getting a custom exhaust in Germany is very very pricey, it would be cheaper to ship one in from the USA.
The TUV in Germany is always a minefield when you have custom parts fitted but with older American cars I think its harder for them to give a good reason why it should fail. They are also aware the difficulties it is to get spares for these cars so most have custom exhausts fitted. (shhhh and to tell you the truth I don't think they really know what they are looking at) The car already has an after market exhaust fitted but it is looking old and tatty, plus the exhaust note has a tinny sound to it and not the deep blubbering noise i have come to expect from V8
My car is registered and passed TUV and I don't have seatbelts and the high-beam warning light is red and only works when the lights are on.

The TUV side is a risk I am willing to take plus I have another 22 months before next inspection

Where are you in Germany ?
I lived there for twelve years, Wolfsburg.
I had a 1978 Camaro for two years while there, totally stock because of the TUV,
but I´ve heard they relaxed on American imports.

Try here,
http://shop3.kts.de/
they are in Hamburg.

I also had an Opel Monza with some mods but they were all approved when bought before installation.

I am in Hannover so not to far from were you used to live.
I have been over here for 17 years, the first 16 were with the British Army so moding a car was easy as we had to abide by UK MOT rules with exception of having continental lights fitted. Now as a Civilian I have to do everything the regimental German way

I have used KTS for a lot of small parts but I was trying to look at a cheaper way to get an exhaust system, I am a cheap skate and will always look for a bargain ;)

I was told KTS have rather high prices.

I can buy four tyres from Summit much cheaper than here in Spain.
I just hate to pay the middleman, bad enough with taxes.

Great place Hanover, in 1978 when I first went there it was still "old".
They had just started to widen the autobahn from Hanover to Braunschweig,
as a two laner it was frightening.

3 lane unristricted now :o
I used to be into Jap imports and had a Subaru Legact GT twin turbo at 160mph down that stretch of road

Well KTS have an American Thunder system for around 500euro including shipping which is cheaper then any were else I have looked.
I will give it another 2 weeks before I order it just incase I find a bargain
