I would hate to think!!

had no isse getting through the revs, would love to see it when the boost gets turned right up. Will be nice to see it down a 1/4 mile and see what kind of times they can get out of it 8-)

There's loads of videos on youtube from NRE about cars with their engines.. It always amazes me how easy they break traction on these demo drive vids, as it appears to be virtually impossible to get the power down, even in their 'tuned down' state... so not can't see how that makes them as streetable as they describe.

This is quite true of many high powered cars - not being able to lay the power down. I guess this is where the whole pro touring thing comes into it - get every HP on the road and handle it, otherwise your car is overpowered and wasted. It's the classic case of building a high output engine but the brakes and suspension can't handle it. Would be good to see what they've done to make the power stick to the ground. Great engineering on the engine side by all means  but if you're just smoking the tyres all the time, won't get you very far

Most of the NRE cars seem to be very dragstrip intentioned, so I'm guessing for a proper run, they'll change the shock settings, lower the tyre pressures etc.. to get better traction.

I think the word " overkill " is the one that comes to my mind.
The car looks beautifully built ,on a budget most of us can only dream of ,but ultimately futile because the huge power can only go up in tyre smoke
Sometimes less is more...
