Bit of Deja vu here everyone!
It is snowing hard here again in Invernessshire this evening- sounds familiar ?

we have a 305 mile trip to catch the ferry tomorrow morning- check in by 13.15 hrs- wish us luck?
would post pix but have troubles with cameras/phones
(just been to see our resident Polar bears at Highland wildlife park)- apparently it is often colder here than in Hudson Bay!!!

Both my sister and I bought winter/snow tyres this winter- hence reason for such a mild winter!!
And 2 weeks ago we both switched back to Summer tyres- lulled into false security over early spring time! It really was lovely 2 weeks ago

And this morning we faced this:

File comment:in fact once we had negotiated the very tricky unsalted and fresh snow way out to main road (really tricky at times) we were ok- ave speed 68 mph ave mpg 44 - not bad (good old BMW diesels) and made ferry fine over 305 miles.

Swapped my summer wheels/tyres back on the BMW about 3 weeks ago as well, so really hoping we don't get any suprise flurries.. (way less likely in Wembley than in Scotland though.. )
