Hello,

I won't be able to provide you with much information without knowing your postal code. So it's not shared publicly, would you contact our customer service directly by emailing us your concern at service@rockauto.com?

Hello,

Thanks for providing that information. I replicated the order using your postal code and saw the same rate as you. The calculation of the VAT should be correct because we know the UK tax rate and are tax registered there. I am not in the billing/finance department at RockAuto so I don't know what that exact rate is, but it has been verified for accuracy.

I ticked the box showing apply vat to prices so I guess the part price shown includes vat already, anywhere in the uk VAT is charged at a flat rate of 20% and £35.62 isn't 20% of either of those figures ? Or even both the figures added together? I was assuming that the vat figure was applicable to the shipping cost of £107.30 which should be £21.46 which is why I am a little confused ?
