I put this off for a long time, because it´s up there with smoke and mirror tricks.
Taking your time helps too, attend to the details.

I spoke to a auto workshop owner here about doing it, his attitude was so casual about it,
like take parts out put parts in.
That´s when I decided I´m better off getting wrong myself.

I only got as far as installing the diff cover today, it needed protecting from the damp weather.

Got a new posi diff today with 3.73 gears and rear discs to just swap Over and will rebuild my other diff to withstand a lot more power!

There´s not much you can do to a 7.5 diff to strengthen it for more power.
I´ve added studs for the diff bearing caps and a girdle rear cover.
A 7.63 with the 28 spline axles is better.

Girdle cover....dirty
