So moving a few tools out of the way turned into a bank holiday weekend long spring clean in the garage. I've a few things for sale: These parts are in a PITA location so let me know if interested and i'll pull them out and get some pics: 1) Original z28 drivers side fender: Missing the vent. In white, original paint, still have the stripes on it but would benefit from a respray. A bit of rust on the inside corners and i think it would need a small patch panel where it bolts to the upper cowel. Solid overall though. Pretty sure i also have the lower drop off panel for it. Open to reasonable offers. Someone has been selling one on ebay for ages for £300 and i think that's too much. 2) Passenger side fender (non z28): It was original to the car but had a dent on the lower half, i tried fixing it and never managed to get it right (was one of my first attempts at fixing a dent). It will definitely need some body work, i would say best thing is to cut out a reasonable sized piece from the lower fender and replace with some sheet metal, rather than trying to get the bumps out. Don't think i have the fender drop off panel for it. Happy for this one to go for free. 3) Dash bezel panel and gauges: I don't know if the gauges work, has the idiot lights on it. Open to offers. 4) Chrome radiator panel (the one that goes ontop of the radiator and holds it in place) will measure it tonight and get a pic). Open to offers. 5) Fibreglass rear spoiler (no sides just the centre): Was on the car when i got it, fibreglass version that someone made, side mounting holes are the same but middle ones are different. Weighs the same as a normal one. It has been stripped down and fillered so it's nice and straight. It's in 80 grit and there are a few area's with pinholes / small gouges, so i would go over those areas with a fine filler / glaze and and sand with 180, (320 optionally) and primer. In the pics below, it's the one in green, the red & gray one with Formula written on it is just for reference. Open to offers. If there's anything else you're after let me know as i have some random things about! |
