I wonder, would the LT1 Spindles, Disc & Calipers fit / work on a 2nd gen? and would there be an improvement?

3rd and 4th gens are mcpherson strut front so spindles won't fit.. brakes will witb some modified hubs and caliper brackets, but you may as well use bigger corvette stuff for the work involved.

Cheers Stu! you seem to be the brake man around here lol

p.s No luck with the visors i'm afraid on Sunday :(

BUT i did paint my tan interior all in SEM colorcoat http://www.semproducts.com/product-cata ... olor-coat/ including the visors and they came out good. I didn't even use adhesion promotor and the stuff sticks and the visors seems happy with it, can't tell that they've been coated. I'll try and find a pic tonight for you. I may even be able to bring one along if we meet on the 1st.

As i need to do some touch ups thanks to a fire which set some of the interior alight :( i need to get some more paint so i'll gladly do your current ones in black for free whilst i do the rest of mine. I'll be using adhesion promotor too this time.

Cheers for now!

That's a great offer, except mine are 'grey fabric', so I reckon I'll just keep an eye for some vinyl ones to paint...
